Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns for most products within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • For health and safety reasons, certain items such as vape liquids, opened consumables, and hygiene products are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Sale items or discounted products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will process the refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • If your refund is rejected (due to the item being used or not in original condition), we will return the item to you, and no refund will be issued.

 

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact us at [support email] with details and photos of the product, and we will guide you through the exchange process.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and legal reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used vape products (e-liquids, cartridges, coils)

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Non-Refundable Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will not be included.
